Hello, I’m Olivia - a naturopath and postpartum doula whose work is devoted to holding women and mothers throughout the childbearing continuum.
From preconception through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond, my philosophy is focused on care and nutrition, grounded by an understanding and appreciation that maternal health is foundational to human health, and that it is the centre point of a flourishing family constellation, and the community at large. Nourishment remains central to my offerings, and as an avid home cook and a qualified nutritionist, the concept of 'food as medicine' is something that continues to deeply inform my work.
My integrated approach embodies both my knowledge and experience, to provide a model of care that encompasses both natural health and practical support for women and families in any season of life. From birth preparation to postpartum care, emotional support to newborn care, and nutrition and herbal remedies, my services offer a holistic approach that remain deeply rooted in and connected to the importance of care, knowledge and nurturance.
I support women to grow and nourish children throughout every season of motherhood in a way that does not deplete their own wellbeing, but rather, allows them to feel held, celebrated and adorned. I feel deeply honoured to be of service to women during this transformative season of life.
